This accessibility statement applies to the Service Map website administered by the City of Helsinki.

The accessibility assessment followed the City of Helsinki’s operational instructions and procedures, which aim to ensure the site’s accessibility in all work phases.

Accessibility was assessed by both an audit performed by an external specialist and self-assessment. The assessment consisted of a programmatic accessibility check and a manual check of the site and content. The shortcomings detected by the evaluation tools have been checked and, if necessary, rectified.

The external specialist audit was performed by Unicus Oy.
